You may be surprised by what I say in this Pruvit review. Side Effects – “Is It Safe?”

The first concern we have is Pruvit side effects. “There are several customer complaints of adverse effects from this product. These unpleasant reactions include headache, jitteriness, insomnia, upset stomach and diarrhea,” says our Research Editor.

One customer stated, “This product was absolutely awful! Taste was good, but I took 1/2 a packet and 15 hours later I was still wired and jittery from it. My heart was racing and I truly was concerned for my health. Never again.”

But, not all users experienced side effects. One person said, “Seems okay so far. Not convinced it does much though.”

“No bad effects. But not seeing any weight-loss with this stuff,” revealed another person.

Minimal Results – “Another Concern”

The Science – “Any At All?”

Well, there is some “science” presented on the official website for Pruvit. However, the research is certainly not very convincing. For example, it’s claimed that this product improves belly fat loss. However, each serving contains seven grams of saturated fat. This is concerning. At DietSpotlight, we like to see some solid studies that support the diet product we’re reviewing.

The Bottom Line – Does Pruvit Work?

Now the moment you’ve been waiting for. This is our bottom line on Pruvit. To begin, we like that this supplement drink provides some vitamins and minerals. It’s also nice to see that some customer testimonials are posted on the website. But we do have reservations about this product because some users have complained of side effects. Also, we’re concerned about the minimal results some people have mentioned. Then there is the $389 (75 servings) price tag, which is steep.

If you’d like to drop more weight, then we encourage you to select a product that is affordable, does not cause any unwanted side effects and is backed by all sorts of encouraging user reviews.
